Resource Usage

Services are under fair usage limits.

• Excessive resource usage may lead to suspension or extra charges.
• We reserve the right to take action if usage impacts other clients.

Prohibited Conduct

Do not host or distribute:

• Malware, pirated content, or illegal materials.
• Hate speech, terrorism-related content, or engage in DDoS attacks.
• Violations may result in immediate suspension without notice.

Suspension & Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for:

• Policy violations, illegal activities, or non-payment.

Backups & Data Loss

We perform regular backups, but data integrity isn't guaranteed.

• You're responsible for your own backups.
• We're not liable for data loss due to hardware issues, hacking, or user error.

Limitation of Liability

We're not liable for:

• Downtime, data loss, or indirect damages.
• Our liability is limited to your last billing cycle's payment.
• We Are Not Responsible For Hardware And Network Related Problem From Your Side

Payment & Billing

Prepayment is required for all paid plans.

• Late payments may lead to suspension or termination.
• We're not responsible for data loss from non-payment-related terminations.

Terms Updates

We may modify these Terms at any time without notice.

Continued use means you accept updated terms.

Free Hosting Terms

Free hosting is subject to availability and can be revoked at any time.

• We may place advertisements on free hosting services.
• Free hosting accounts must remain active; inactivity may result in termination.
• Abuse, excessive resource usage, or policy violations will result in suspension.
• No guarantees on uptime, backups, or performance for free hosting services.

Reseller Terms

We Are Not Responsible For Resold Servers

• We Don't Support Reselling Servers
• If You Get Scammed By Your Reseller We Are Not Responsible For It, Even He Is Our Paid User
• Reselling Our Foflare Cloud Server Might Result In Server Suspension

Hosting Abusing Terms

Activity Like Risks Of Hosting In Sales Might Result In Server Suspension
