Terms of Service

To maintain the highest quality of service for all Foflare Cloud clients, we have established a clear set of guidelines. By using our services, you agree to adhere to these terms.

RULE 01

Illegal Activities

Use of our services for illegal activities is strictly prohibited. This includes hosting copyrighted content without permission, phishing, or violation of international laws.

RULE 02

Spam & Network Abuse

Sending unsolicited bulk email (UBE), engaging in DDoS attacks against other networks, or exploiting system resources is forbidden and will result in immediate termination.

RULE 03

Fair Resource Usage

Each service plan has allocated resources. While we offer "unmetered" bandwidth in some plans, CPU and RAM limits are enforced to prevent one client from degrading performance for others.

RULE 04

Billing & Payments

Services are billed in advance. A 3-day grace period is offered for late payments before services are suspended. All fees are non-refundable after 7 days unless otherwise stated.

RULE 05

Professional Conduct

We expect professional behavior towards our staff. Abusive language, threats, or harassment directed at Foflare Cloud employees will lead to account closure.

RULE 06

Data Responsibility

Foflare Cloud performs automated backups, but clients are ultimately responsible for their own critical data. We strongly recommend maintaining local off-site backups.

RULE 07

Malicious Content

Hosting malware, botnet command centers, or scripts designed to exploit vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited. Zero-tolerance policy applies to all forms of malicious code.

RULE 08

Content Compliance

Content hosted on our servers must comply with local and international laws. Adult content is permitted only on specific designated plans and must be labeled appropriately.

RULE 09

Security & Privacy

Attempting to access other clients' data, accounts, or exploiting Foflare Cloud infrastructure is a serious violation. Report security vulnerabilities to [email protected].

RULE 10

Service Modifications

Foflare Cloud reserves the right to update infrastructure, pricing, and terms of service with 30 days' notice for major changes affecting service continuity.
